Company Overview

For more than 11 years, Italkitchen International, Inc. (“Italkitchen” or the “Company”) has provided full end-to-end solutions for: European and traditional style kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, custom millwork for lobbies, public spaces and retail stores, closets, furniture, specialty-designed plumbing fixtures and stone countertop products to some of the largest hotel and condominium developers/ operators in the US and internationally. Over this period, we have designed, manufactured and installed over 100,000 project units. Our business focus is to provide innovative and contemporary designs that are the highest quality and at competitive pricing. Our reputation along with out long list of well known completed projects and an extensive in-house design team has allowed us to participate in providing products and services for some of the most elegant and progressive designed hotels, condominiums and commercial spaces in the US and internationally.

We have provided high-end products using environmentally “green” materials, to some of the largest real estate developers and hotel operator/developers in the world, including: Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide Inc. About Ted Platon

Mr. Ted Platon is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Italkitchen International, Inc. Mr. Platon has over 25 years experience in real estate construction and development business, in both the US and internationally. Under his direction, the Company has redefined the cabinetry business in the South Florida market. Since its inception in 1999, the Company has built and sold over 400,000 individual cabinet/furniture systems for hotels, condominiums, single family residences and commercial projects.

Mr. Platon’s business career began in his family’s construction business, which became one of Europe’s 50 largest in the late 1970’s and early 1980’s. He started his first Us venture by founding a South Florida based construction business, which he sold to a prominent development company in the mid 1990’s. After selling his construction company, Mr. Platon developed high-end single family residences in South Florida, when he decided to enter the kitchen and bathroom cabinetry business to fill a void for high-end European-style cabinetry.

Our Management Team

Ted Platon

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Platon is a founding shareholder of the Company. Mr. Platon has been involved in the construction business for over two decades. Prior to founding Italkitchen, Mr. Platon was building high end single family residences in South Florida. Previously, Mr. Platon founded a construction company which he later sold to a prominent development company in 1995. Mr. Platon has worked for Prudential Securities as an oil broker from 1980-1985. He earned Bachelors of Science, Masters of Science in Engineering and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Miami.

Roberto Rocha

Chief Operating Officer

Prior to joining Italkitchen, Mr. Rocha was the Executive Vice President and Director of Development with The Related Group, while also serving as President of Related International. Mr. Rocha served for 26 years with The Related Group. Mr. Rocha is on the board of The Builders Association of South Florida and is a past board member of the Jerome Bain Real Estate Institute. He has worked extensively with organizations such as the Miami Children’s Hospital Foundation and the New World Symphony. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Purdue University, as well as a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami.

Param Bhullar

Chief Financial Officer

Prior to joining Italkitchen, Mr. Bhullar served as a Consultant COO/CFO at ComVest Capital’s distressed business portfolio of companies. From 2002 to 2005 Mr. Bhullar was Principal and CFO of Ace Construction Group, a national firm specializing in the construction of multifamily homes. From 1984-1986 he was Vice President of Commercial Lending at JA Ewing and McDonald, Inc. From 1979-1982 Mr. Bhullar was Senior Manager of Corporate Lending at Bank of Montreal.

Michelle Garber

Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Ms. Garber is responsible for the Company's commercial sales force. Ms. Garber's experience includes working with developers, such as The Related Group of Florida and New York, and Turnberry Residential. Ms. Garber has developed relationships with the most coveted developers, architects, designers and construction firms. Ms. Garber holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Marketing from Florida International University.
